I started this blog a few years ago in college and had a ton of ideas on what my “niche” would be. Some of my peers suggested that I pick a topic and stick to it. So, I brainstormed and wrote a few posts and even posted them.

Then I kinda dropped off the face of the earth…twice. College, work and eventually motherhood all became major factors in my life and no matter how hard I tried to sit my butt down and write something always came up.

Now that I’m back and my blog has undergone some face-lifts, I realize I don’t really want to narrow my focus to one topic. I think it’s weird that my blog should be hyper-focused on one thing. Honestly, it’s not my style.

I want this site to be an open forum where I can discuss motherhood, politics, share recipes, community events and whatever else I find amusing that day.
